POSITION TITLE: Virtual New Business Developer - Call Center Staffing

LOCATION: Your Own Home Office (any town USA)

Melon Sky Corporation is partnering with Call Center Staffing (CCS). CCS is a premier agency in providing strategic recruiting / staffing services to call centers, inside sales departments, customer service organizations and telemarketing teams who are seeking the “best of the best” in top talent, phone communication and performance. CCS specializes in identifying candidates in position titles that are typically “revenue generating” for client companies, including but not limited to:

*Call-Center Representatives (inbound & outbound) *Account Representatives (phone)
*Outside Sales Representatives (phone prospecting) *Inside Sales Representatives
*Customer Service Reps (inbound & outbound) *Help Desk Specialists
*Phone Marketing Representatives *Telemarketers
*Phone Promotion Representatives *Phone Surveyors
*Phone Enrollment Specialists *Phone Interviewers
*Other Related Titles (duties primarily on the phone)
We are seeking to establish ‘Virtual Recruiters’ (working out of their own respective home
offices) to operate as Independent Contractors (IC), paid on a 1099.

VIRTUAL NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary role is to “negotiat new business”. You will decide which areas of the country you want to focus your efforts, where you believe you can realize the greatest success and return on your time.

PRIMARY DUTY - NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Call on businesses that have posted job position openings on the Internet to introduce the recruiting & staffing services of CCS to obtain job orders of position openings, as it relates to the employment needs of the prospect company. These open positions will be fulfilled with qualified candidates by you or members you have assigned to your personal team. You will be performing these duties from your own home office, managing your own schedule. Full training and ‘back-office’ (application & hiring packet, payroll, invoicing, etc) support is provided. This requires a polished, take-charge professional capable of independently managing the responsibilities of this position with no supervision. You must have a proven history of achievements, most notably, success in phone sales, new business development, account
management, project management, and relationship building with businesses, as it relates to a client’s ‘need for’ qualified candidates. You will be establishing your own database of client companies that desire the recruiting & staffing services of CCS. As a VFCR, you maintain an on-going relationship, via the phone, with the new client. Jointly …CCS corporate maintains a mutual relationship with the new client company by providing ALL ‘back office’ services.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS
Realistic potential first year compensation of $50K - $100K, based on your personal commitment and time devoted to this effort. You will be compensated on "every hour billed" on all candidates placed on work assignments. You will also earn commissions, based on percentages of direct-hire fees. THERE IS NO FRANCHISE FEE OR COST...
of any kind required or payable to CCS to participate in providing these new business development services to CCS. The only costs are those that you incur in establishing & running your home office (i.e. computer, internet, phone, fax, copier, printer, etc) in the course of
managing the responsibilities of these virtual positions.

FREE ONLINE TRAINING
Following discussion with CCS and upon approval by CCS, you will be scheduled for training. Training for this position is conducted virtually online, utilizing the SKYPE software. You will need to download SKYPE onto your computer to setup an account. The download is FREE and all calls, including the “conference training session” is FREE. Allow for about 2-hours.
Refer to the “Must Complete Before Training” instructions. For instructions on downloading the SKYPE software go to www.skype.com
Once setup, CCS will need your SKYPE Username to schedule you for training. You will be informed of the training schedule at that time. Phone experience in staffing and recruiting is highly desirable, but will consider other sales /
phone experience. Must be results-oriented and a person of integrity.
