Who can see my candidates’ information and resume when I upload them on the Web Site?
       Candidate profiles are not searchable by anyone. When an independent recruiter summit's a candidate’s resume or other information, no one can see that information except employers to which the resume or other information is provided.  Privacy and security are of paramount concern and we encourage all members to read our Privacy Policy. No other independent recruiters can see information you submit about your candidates. All recruiters are required to send a candidate’s contact information. We reserve the right, however, to contact each candidate that in order to verify that the candidate has give you permission to represent him or her.  
 The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
 This Privacy Policy is effective as of ​12/15/17​ and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

What else should I know about my privacy?
  We will only share your personal information to employers, internal employees, and authorized account managers. You will get contacted only for relevant business purposes. We will never share your personal information to another source including other virtual recruiters or 3rd parties, unless you give us permission.
