Inside Sales Freelance Agency Team Member
Overview
We are an established freelancer agency in need of an Inside Sales freelancer. We will work together to find the freelancer projects on a very popular freelancing website. All projects are remote as a 1099 contractor. Projects generally pay in the $24-$33/hour range (some pay commission on top of base, some don't).
Must Have's
- Experience in some of the following Appointment Setting, Business Development, Cold and Warm Calling, Using Scripts, Account Management, Sale Development, Telemarketing, Consultative Sales, Qualifying Potential Customers/Clients, Closing, CRM's, Follow Up Calls, Lead Generation, etc
- Fast response. Must respond to employer messages, emails and calls asap (ideally within 2 hours).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability and eagerness to increase the number of their freelance projects.
Like to Have's
- Ability to work 20+ hours a week (ideally 30+ hours).
- Ability and desire to service multiple clients.
- Ability to work long term projects 3+ months.

Compensation
75% of whatever we bill the client.
This includes all platform and agency fees.
For example, if we bill $40/hour to the client, you keep $30/hour.
